In our workshops, we don’t work with models – we photograph real couples. This provides a unique opportunity to understand the dynamics of a real wedding and learn how to capture those special moments best.
During our workshops, we’ll share our best techniques and tricks that will help you quickly create striking frames. We’ll also address your online presence – evaluating your website, social media, and marketing strategy to help you effectively reach your clients.
Our workshops combine group work with an individual approach to each participant. We want everyone to have the opportunity for a detailed analysis of their photos and portfolio.

We are Kasia and Kuba – wedding photographers with over 13 years of experience
Our work is based on reportage and portrait photography. We love exploring different styles, incorporating fashion elements, playing with colors and light to create unique images.
As trainers in our own project “Malachito. Work Life Balance – training for photographers,” we have the opportunity to share our passion and knowledge. We’ve had the pleasure of speaking at various industry conferences, such as the international “Boring Workshop” and the local “Looks Like Film Krakow.” Additionally, we collaborate with the best wedding agencies in Poland.
Our work doesn’t end with taking pictures. We value creating and maintaining relationships with our clients. We always strive to find something unique and individual in each assignment, allowing us to create authentic, emotion-filled reports. “Must Have Workshops”
The workshops led by Malachite Meadow are a solid dose of knowledge, inspiration, and positive emotions – a must-have for any beginner wedding photographer or anyone looking to improve their skills. Kasia and Kuba, photographers with tremendous passion, provided not only theoretical and practical knowledge but also showed that it’s possible to love your work and get better at it. A fantastic experience was photographing a couple during an outdoor session, followed by constructive critique of the photos we took. The review of our portfolios was also very valuable. We also discussed essential aspects like website creation and brand-building strategies.

From theory to practice
During the first day of our workshops, we’ll focus on the connection between theory and practice. We’ll present our perspective on wedding photography, emphasizing storytelling and capturing key moments. We’ll discuss how to efficiently use your equipment and balance natural and flash lighting. We’ll show you how to build relationships with clients, manage stress, and effectively promote your services online. We’ll also cover aspects of running a business, including contract creation, pricing, and preparing materials for clients. We’ll have a special guest from nPhoto and a unique proprietary block. Get ready for an inspiring day filled with knowledge and practical exercises!

Day 2
Theory in practice
The second day of our workshops focuses on putting theory into practice. We’ll start with an indoor photo session, where we’ll concentrate on creatively using the space and working with the couple. If the weather permits, we’ll move outside, where we’ll provide valuable tips for outdoor photography under the trainers’ supervision. After the session, we’ll discuss the photos taken by each participant. We’ll also review portfolios. We’ll then move to the essential part – the workflow, which includes selection, editing, archiving, and preparing galleries for clients. Get ready for a day full of practical experience!

Michał Sikora – Subtle Wedding Films
An observer captivated by documentation and reportage, aiming to capture what disappears. A wedding filmmaker with 7 years of experience; during the wedding, he is a witness, a participant, and often a helper. He can’t say he’s seen everything, but experience gives him knowledge of when to be close, when to keep a distance, when to be inconspicuous, and when the client will happily look in his direction. Michał will talk about the successful collaboration between a photographer and a filmmaker.
