Iceland Wedding Session
It took us a long time to prepare this very important post, which is a photographic account of our unique journey to Iceland. Iceland is a place we heard a lot about, read about, and saw in hundreds of photos, but we still couldn’t fully imagine it. It turned out to be true, as we realized shortly after arrival, that it’s an unimaginable, unclassifiable, diverse place, and as we write this, we have a sense that it’s indescribable in words.
Iceland is changeability.
Iceland is changeability, it’s vastness, it’s tranquility, it’s “wind-sun-wind-rain-wind-sun-wind,” it’s the majesty of nature, it’s strength, and it’s immense inspiration. It’s a place where nature absolutely rules, and its power makes you feel like a tiny dot, a fleeting moment, and realize your fragility. In the silence of Iceland, you can listen to your inner silence and learn a lot. Iceland is breathtaking. And as we fall asleep, we still have its vastness before our eyes and a feeling that we can still hear the sound of the waterfall.
Throughout all of this, we had wonderful travel companions, incredibly open and absorbing nature and its beauty with all of themselves. We traveled hundreds of kilometers with them, stared in awe at what appeared before our eyes, remained silent with them, and laughed out loud together. In the end, we created an important photographic keepsake for them in the form of a wedding session in Iceland. And today, we already know that it won’t be our last journey with them.
